<p>I can't seem to find a PDF of a teacher evaluation form for Stanford. Are teachers just supposed to write a letter and nothing else or is there more that I am just not finding?</p>
<p>Look on the Common App under 'school forms' (or something similar). There are two teacher recommendations that you'll print out and give to your teachers.</p>
<p>Make sure to use Stanford's mailing labels, which can be found on Stanford's undergrad admissions site.</p>

I remember reading on the Stanford website that you can turn in those stuff after the regular deadline but now I can’t find it anymore.</p>
