I'm prepping for the ACT and I've gone through both PR books, the Red Book, and most of the Preparing for the ACT booklets. I don't use books that are too easy or too hard (like Barron's or McGraw-Hill) and I don't take practice tests online (like SparkNotes) because they're so inaccurate. I find that they either discourage me or make me overconfident. Does anyone know where I can find more practice tests?

I haven’t used it, but March2Success.com has seven ACT practice tests. They are all made my Peterson’s, which is the company that makes The Real ACT Prep Guide, so the tests should be pretty accurate.
