<p>I didn't win the lottery, but I still want football tickets...some tickets are available on the phone, but if I buy these will I not be able to sit with friends??</p>

<p>Tickets that students haven't picked up go on sale from the ticket office on Thursdays ( at 6pm I think) of game week, so you can call and get one if they are available. There are also students that buy season tickets just to sell them and make a profit, which isn't hard. So you will see many students selling their tickets over list-serv's and whatnot. Most people don't pay attention to where you are sitting so just squeeze in with your friends and you should be fine.</p>
<p>Just to clarify, are you only allowed to call? Can you not just go up at 6 to the ticket office? Because if you call how will you be able to get seats with other people you know who also trying to get tickets?</p>
<p>I am not too familiar with getting a ticket if you don't have season tickets. I guess you can go to the ticket office too or call. Maybe someone with more experience can give some more specific input.</p>
<p>The Thursday before ever HOME football game, you have to call (352) 384-3262 at 6:00PM. Sometimes students who have season tickets don't collect their tickets that week for whatever reasons, so they are left for the public to claim. However, it is extremely hard to get tickets like this. Also, students sell tickets left and right especially for non-division games, and they'll probably sell it to you for face value. Next Season we play Tennessee, Auburn and Florida State at the Swamp, so if you wanted to go to one of those games, people will sell those tickets for extremely high prices. With that being said, I highly recommend you get a ticket to atleast one Gator football game. Football games are crazy and so much fun, you really do need to experience one.
