No trojans, No bruins

Just wanted to know what other good filmschools are there (besides USC AND UCLA.) and what are my chances of getting into that good film school. Doesn't necessarily have to be film production, but a good film or media program.Thanks.
Oh my gpa is a 3.8 UW and a 4.04 W
SAT is 1480, but im taking the ACT, so I'll do better on that.
My rank: 43 out of 519 (top 12%)
My ec's are decent.

NYU, Ithaca College, Boston University ?

I think you could get into any of those easily with your grades and tests.

Also three really different geographical locations.

@Yankee1995 thanks. I dont really mind locations, I would go to the best school possible for me, even out of state.

CSUs Northridge and Long Beach also have note-worthy film programs. Northridge even rooms film majors in separate residence halls from everyone else to encourage networking (or so I’ve heard).

@Cult classic, I applied to long beach, but not northridge. I heard northridge was awesome though. Might give it a shot.

I’d go for it! I’m also looking to study film, and I feel there’s nothing wrong with exploring all the options available. I wish you luck in your college search and in your future film studies, wherever you go!
