no US high school diploma :/

Hi all, just wanted to ask, do US or Canada universities accept SAT & SAT IIs without high school diploma? I’ve graduated from high school (at age 16) with a GCE O Level cert but i chose to do the SAT & SAT IIs instead of continuing on with A Levels. Thanks in advance!
