no w2 form-- financial aid

<p>i know that carnegie mellon wants us to send us our parent's tax return and W2 forms. But my parents are self employed and dont have W2 forms so should i just not send it?</p>

<p>also how kind is carnegie mellon with financial aid. my parents make 20K together and i really want to go to CMU but im afraid i wont be able to go without financial aid. How much money do you think i will receive from them?</p>

<p>For any school you apply, you’ll be submitting your income tax returns–in your parents’ case Schedule c will be filed.</p>

<p>You’ll want to read the CMU webpage and other earlier posts in this thread-- CMU doesn’t aim to meet unmet need. No guarantees. They give money to the applicants they want to attract – harsh reality of CMU.</p>
