@gearmom I really appreciate your help ! And it was indeed expanded in November of last year. And the USCIS was supposed to begin accepting new applications on February 18th. But unfortunately on February 16th(two days before the application) a Texas judge named Andrew Hanen intervened the executive order, saying that President Obamas act was unconstitutional.
