<p>Just received the application materials for Fall 2006. There is the Common App = 1 essay and a supplement with no essay. Did we miss something or has the “Why Brandeis?” essay disappeared?</p>
<p>I'm actually not sure I had to write a "Why Brandeis" essay. It may have just been an experiment and they decided that they didn't need it. Or I'm just forgetful.</p>
<p>I applied a few weeks ago, I don't recall an extra "Why Brandeis" essay.</p>
