Residential Computing should be hosting meetings and available to help everyone get connected. [Residential Computing | Home](http://www.rescomp.berkeley.edu/)

I had/have the same problem! My dorm Internet meeting isn’t scheduled until tomorrow afternoon, and I couldn’t live without my internet, so…I just went to the main campus and logged onto the public connection there

You don’t need to go to the meeting that your floor is scheduled for. You can just walk into any of them. The main thing that you need to do is have your ID with your so they can scan it.

Wada ya need internet for?

ComradePalmer is right; I missed mine and I live at Foothill, so I just crashed the Stern one xD Most of the info you have to sit through is basic stuff (but still good to go over again) and the important part comes at the end…they scan your Cal Card to show you indeed went to the meeting  I made it up to my room after that and, about 15 minutes later, I HAD INTERNET!!!

I know really. I agree with schwarzwald. Especially THIS early…you haven’t even begun classes…go out with people!
