I got my nom back in December but it wasn't showing up on the CIS site. Finally up there today, stating it was received on Feb. 2. I know some others had expressed concern about this as well. They did say it took a while so if you're anxious, check CIS and maybe yours is up too. Good luck to everybody.

Can someone explain the nominations on the CIS system?

I know if you receive a nomination from your Congressman, the district is listed. As for the Senators, what does it mean if it has a #2 next to Congress/Senators? Does that mean the person received nominations from both senators?

No, the Senators are labeled "1" and "2". I do not know if it is alphabetical, or by seniority, or by expiration date of their term of office. If you had gotten nominations from both, the CIS would list them separately, one followed by a "1" the other by a "2".
