<p>I received a nomination from my Congressman in New York and also my AFJROTC unit but on the USNA site it is not updated. Has this happened to anyone else or is there a waiting period? Might anyone know why this may be happening?</p>

<p>USNA tends to be really slow when it comes to updating noms on the candidate's page, but it should be up soon. It is the holiday season and a lot of noms are coming through this time of the year so things should start moving now that everyones back from break.</p>
<p>I had a nom from staten island congressman, and yah it takes a couple of weeks after you even get the paper for it to show up on your database.</p>
<p>Son's nom showed up a week after MOC dated letter. And on Christmas Day, no kidding. Our experience has been that it seems like things are done incredibly quickly considering how busy Admissions is these days!</p>
