On supplement for Harvard, it says "Please list any non-academic distinctions or honors not already listed"

If I listed all awards under additional info section on the common application,
do I need or not to do it again ?

Thx

"not already listed" means exactly that.

what if there are things you mentioned in your essay, but didn't explicitly list in your common app? Should those honors/distinctions be listed?

Sure, why not? I'm sure they won't look down on it that you put it on there. I think you're definitely overstressing the content of that section

Bear in mind that you only have 300 characters - that's characters, not words - for the additional honors. The program counts spaces and returns as characters too. You'll have to be selective about how you allocate those 300, so you wouldn't want to repeat anything.
