<p>Nebraska Wesleyan does require an audition to get into the BFA program. They also require a prescreen</p>

<p>UC Irvine’s BFA is musical theater only. An acting student would receive a BA in Drama with possible Honors in Acting. The process is complicated. </p>

<p>I believe Drake University in Iowa has a non-auditioned BFA (but you CAN audition for theatre scholarships with a video or live audition). </p>

<p>Southern Oregon University is a BA > BFA program with audition after sophomore year. Not sure what happens if you audition and are NOT accepted to the BFA there, but I imagine you are still OK as a BA theatre major. </p>

<p>St. Edwards in Austin, TX, is a non-audition BA to a BFA as well. Up and coming program.</p>

<p>I just checked out St. Edwards. Kind of a neat program, especially if you or child are interested in film. </p>

<p>I don’t think Tulane currently has a BFA/Acting program any more- I believe it changed this year. </p>

<p>If that’s true, good thing D decided not to go. They didn’t tell us that. :0</p>

<p>East Carolina University has a BA to BFA in Acting and Design/ Tech. </p>
