<p>It won’t be busy through the morning and early afternoon, until around 3. For my first two years, I’ve trained in the late morning or early afternoon - anywhere from 11 am to 2 pm - and its never been crowded.</p>
<p>I’ve known several people who’ve gone at around 6 to 7 am, and they all said it was empty.</p>
<p>Definitely before 3-4 if you don’t want it to be crowded. For basketball, Friday is not the best day to go – hard to get in a game.</p>
