How much do students in your school know about the college process? I have to admit that without CC I would have no idea what a "likely letter" was, or what a URM was, etc. I am the only one of my friends who uses CC.
Just the other day, this kid was trying to convince me that Michigan State was an ivy league school. He was so sure of it, too.
How much do kids in your school know about the college process (compared to the info on CC-we can't say for sure that we know everything, either)?

Eh, they don’t know much. But most people don’t apply to colleges you can get rejected from, so it doesn’t matter.

Only 25% of my school’s graduating class normally goes on to a 4 year college, so I’ll say not much. Even those that do plan on going to college don’t know that much about it before they start the application process. I guarantee you that if I asked my class of 2015 now what an URM is, if they know what subject tests are, and what a very good SAT score is, I’m pretty sure 80% would say, “I don’t know, no, and 1600/I don’t know”.

My school is filled with CC-like students. They all know about early decision, likely letters, URM, FAFSA, Questbridge, grade inflation/deflation, and everything else.
