Non-competitive subject test scores for ivies? Bad score in future major subject

On the most recent test administration date (Oct 2014), I took Math 2 and French w/o listening. Unfortunately, I only received
a 780 on Math and a 720 on French. I know that some schools, such as Yale and Duke, require all ACT or all SAT and SAT IIs. I have already taken physics (770) and Bio (730). Should I bother even sending SATs to Yale and Duke with these scores?
Btw, I received a 36 on the ACT, and a 2200 on the SAT ( but retaking because I skipped a page last time I took it). Also, have only been taking French for a little over a year( taught myself French 1-3 last summer). Furthermore, as a potential linguistics major, how bad does this look?
Also, I am Asian, and attend a large public school.

Why are you retaking the SAT with a 36 ACT? Only a 780 on Math?? Your scores are fine. Sleep in on a Saturday.

Your time would be better spent doing something else…

If you get rejected, it won’t be because of your scores.

Well, i’m mainly retaking the SAT because i bombed the math section for some reason ( 660), and i know that i can definitely do better without having to spend too much time studying.
