<p>Two of my schools require my non-custodial parent to sign a form... but I have absolutely no contact with that parent and we don't even know where he lives.</p>
<p>About all you can do is call the two colleges and see if you can apply for a waiver. Each college will handle this differently. I’m assuming you custodial parent has not been receiving support payments for you and that you have already checked with your custodial parent to ensure that there is no contact phone number or e-mail address?</p>
<p>For any school that requires a Non-Custodial parent form you need to contact the financial aid office and ask them how to request a waiver. Usually they will have you write a letter explaining the circumstances. Please keep in mind that the schools are not required to give you a waiver.</p>
