i'm planning on majoring in Electrical Engineering and i don't plan on changing that. however, i don't know if i want a graduate degree in the same field, for the sheer fact that i don't know if i want to limit myself intellectually and limit my possibilities (for example...i like science, but i like music just as much, probably more and spend a great deal of time self-studying music theory). also, from reading around here and elsewhere, i was wondering if i could combine engineering with something even more lucrative.

maybe this is a bit premature (not even in college yet haha), but what would be a good non-engineering graduate degree after pursuing a BSEE? and even at that, how feasible is it to pursue a masters outside your undergrad major?

When you get out of college and start working, you will find out many jobs aren't only for "Mechanical engineering or " Electrical engineering". Im a mechanical engineer but I worked as a truss designer laying out roof and floor trusses. We have a math, english, civil eng majors working the same job description. My Brother in law got a B.S and masters in EE and he now works in the department of energy doing mostly paper work. Engineers are thrown in a whole bunch of different jobs. If you have a MBA you can work a variety of managerial positions. It doesn't even have to be technical.

I forgot to mention. My sister got a B.S in biology and her last job was in claims for the US govt.
