My counselor told me today that my VPA credit has been sufficed. However, the VPA class I took last year, Media Design, does not go under the "g" requirements in my school's UC list but instead under electives. Will I need to take another class to fulfill the VPA "g" requirement or is the Media Design class enough? T

Thanks in advance!

Sorry what i meant to say was non “f”

Try looking up your high school’s courses at http://doorways.ucop.edu .

I already have it shows up as a vpa class but not under the f category

If you do not have a year worth of “f” course, then you need to take such a course to become UC eligible by the usual method:
[University of California - Admission requirements](http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/freshman/requirements/index.html)
There are alternative means (“admission by exam” or “admission by exception”), though it is likely better to be qualified by all available means.
