non-HS language??

Last High School Attended</p>

<p>It lists HS diploma (check) and certification. But then a box with a heading of "Non-US HS Language" is No. What is this referring to specifically? I took 3 years of Spanish in HS - thus fulfilling the language requirement for IGETC. </p>

<p>Am I missing something here?</p>

<p>It refers to the language you were instructed in during high school if you did not attend HS in the U.S.</p>

<p>e.g, a transfer applicant who now attends a CCC, but went to high school in France would have French listed in that box.</p>
