Non-Korean asians

I keep reading posts about how the Koreans are very cliquey and generally don't oteract with non koreans...this gives me the impression that there is a large population of Koreans in Emory. But what about population of non-Korean Asians? According to the Emory website the school is like 30% Asian. What percentage of that is Korean? What percentage of that is...say..Chinese? Or is it really dominantly Korean?

bump…?

There are a lot of Chinese internationals. I think it’s hard for non-asians to tell the difference, so they think they’re all korean

so the korean population is large enough for non-asians to categorize them as “korean”. ok. got it. thanks.

I know a bunch of people who are American Chinese it’s really not that rare. There are a lot of Koreans, but a lot of Chinese people to

Really need to differentiate btwn Korean students who are int’l students and Korean-Am students (some who may be “cliquey”; many who are not).
