I am looking for some summer programs for next year that have nothing to do with math or science. It seems that almost all of the programs people talk about require a high level of math, which I don't have. Also, they need to be cheap or free, since my family has an extremely limited income (single mother, two kids, less than $15,000 a year). I was looking at the Page program until I recently learned that it was shut down. I was also interested in the LEAD business program (BUSINESS | LEAD Program) I can't find the information about cost on their website, so if anyone knows, I would appreciate it. I am very good in history, having won several competitions, and am interested in business and politics.

Bump anyone?

TASP is not about math and it is free if you are accepted.

Economics for Leaders! Check it out!
It’s not exactly the most prestigious program, but most definitely a fantastic experience.
You learn quite a bit during the week, not only covering economic topics, but leadership topics that really help you develop as a person.

There are different site fees for different places, but they range from $200-$500, and that covers room, board, all supplies needed for the camp, food, etc. The only thing that isn’t covered is one off-campus dinner and your travel to the site.

It’s for incoming seniors though only.

I hope you check it out, it’s definitely worth it!

Dream big. Apply to TASP.
