non paid interships

<p>right now i am a junior at Albany state university in new york. i am trying obtain a internship at one of the major financial banks for the summer and since none of them actually recruit from my campus directly i feel that i am going to have a very hard time even getting a interview for any of them. i am trying to find the best way to go about getting a non paid internship so at least i will get my foot in the door if any one could help with information for me that would be great</p>
