<p>How would I go about starting a non-profit organization (village in India) do I just proclaim I am, get members, and start doing stuff? Or do I have to fill out paperwork to make it official?</p>
<p>The organization at first will only have a few community members and just do things to help people and then it might expand from there.</p>
