TPS is just that - temporary. You’re supposed to return to your country once the situation is resolved. Federal government aid is usually limited to LPRs and US citizens. However there are some exceptions (Cubans and Haitians in VERY specific circumstances are eligible) and you may be eligible for in-state tuition depending on your state’s laws.
