<p>It looks to me that Wisc did not raise their tuition rates as much as other schools this year.</p>

<p>10,365 a semester in 2006 vs 10142.12 in 2005.</p>

<p>Fees go up to 365 a semester in 2006 vs 333 in 2005.</p>

<p>Nope, trying to get a better OOS yield--it dipped when they bumped OOS up 25% a couple of years ago. With limited OOS aid they need to keep it a bit lower.</p>
