non-science major question

I'm new and have only done a little research, so sorry if this question has been asked before.

Does anybody with a non-science major, but on the pre-med track, have any experience with doing internships for you major while still completing the required science courses? I'm still a senior in high school and I know that internships usually can't start until junior/senior year, but can you do an internship and still complete your science courses? Would being an intern for a business, newspaper, etc., be too time consuming? And can you complete your required science courses by end sophomore/middle junior year and still have time for extracurriculars? Thanks a lot for any help.

Since your pre-med sciences are often taken during frosh and soph year, what’s the problem?

And, aren’t internships often during the summer?

What is your major?

And if your intent is to become a doctor, what kind of internships are you considering?
