Hi everyone,
I plan to apply to Georgetown in the fall (I am a rising senior). Since they do not participate in score choice, they require that I send all my scores. I have a few questions on the specifics of what that means though. For example, I took the SAT way too often and my scores did not improve an awful lot. I ended up getting a 1470 the last two times (and I took it a whopping five times!) So, I decided to try out the ACT and scored a 34 Composite first time around. I will be using my ACT for all other schools. If I only submit ACT to Georgetown, do they also require the scores of all five of my SATs?
Also, back in sophomore year, I took a World History Subject Test without taking the class first just because I am a history nerd and wanted to see what the questions were like. At the time, I had 0 idea about this Gtown policy. As expected, I failed with a 460 (i think)! It was 7th percentile… Also, I did not do too hot on the Chemistry (610) and Spanish (620) Subjects this past June. I do have two good scores in USH and Bio that I plan to submit, and I hope to score 700 plus on literature next August.
So, my question is? Do I have to submit more than 3 subjects even if I took one as a joke? And do I have to submit my five SAT scores that are sub par when I have a good ACT score that I am choosing to show to all my colleges? Thanks so much for the help everyone.
I really hope this doesn’t diminish my chances of being accepted at my dream school. I wish I would have planned this out better and researched before taking a million tests. If this info helps, I will be applying to the College EA with an intended major in Government.
I believe you can just submit SAT Subject Tests you want and I would just submit ACT scores. You are not obligated to submit SAT scores
Yes, you must submit all 5 SAT tests, the ACT and all of your sat subject tests. The following comes directly from the Georgetown website:

Georgetown requires that you submit scores from all test sittings of the SAT, ACT, and SAT II Subject Tests.
Your 34, however, is a great score so I don’t think the others will hurt too much. Good luck.
For Georgetown, yes to both questions. But they will just focus on your best scores.
You believe incorrectly. G’Town requires them all.

For other colleges which offer score choice, you can send what you want, but you should check their site for updated information.
Ok, thank you for your help everyone!
