<p>Looked at the dorms and it only shows one dorm as non smoking and that is the all girl dorm JL. Does anyone know the policy? My D cannot live with smokers nearby. Any help is appreciated. This could be a determing factor. She knows some kids smoke but she does not want it near where she sleeps and lives.</p>

<p>Good news for me too. Other than my hatred for smoke, I have asthma that is triggered by it.</p>
<p>I never thought much about it, but in all the times I have been to Tulane the last few years, I have never seen anyone smoking, even behind buildings. Not that I go behind the buildings much, but especially while McAlister Place was being built sometimes the quickest way to get back to St. Charles was the service road between Tulane and Loyola that runs behind some buildings. I am sure it occurs, but I just haven’t seen it.</p>
