I don't have anything holding me back and finances aren't so much an issue so privates are on the table and I can relocate anywhere. Did 2 years of trying to make it in professional soccer before hurting myself and subsequently joined the Air Force. Done with that now...

I'm 25 so my SAT scores are a good 7/8 years old:
710 Math 630 Verbal - Hispanic Male from South Carolina

I've completed 29 credits at my local CC - 4.0 gpa
Currently at College of Charleston which isn't demanding at all academically
doing another 15 credits right now and am on track to have a 4.0 again, more easily than the CC...I'm planning on getting an economics degree with a goal of medical school post grad. I figure I'm locked in here through next year which given that its Charleston there could be worse places to spend a year. I'll work on volunteering to help the med school resume...assuming I have in the realm of 70 credits with a 4.0

What can I realistically hope for given the non-trad, hispanic male, 1340 old SAT's, 4.0ish GPA via local CC & College of Charleston (a non demanding college)?

Vanderbilt, USC, G-town were all idealized goals w/U-Miami, UCLA, UNC being more realistic

am I crazy to put in an application to any of the Ivies? Brown seemed like a cool place when I visited a friend there last year. Any other school suggestions appreciated!
