non traditional highschool transcript

I am a senior this year and I am really nervous about college admissions. I went to a public high school for the first two and a half years of school but halfway through my junior year I decided to be homeschooled. I am normally a very good student but I was struggling in my classes due to problems in my personal life. I was not given credit for any classes that I took, so I had to restart my junior year from the beginning. I did not begin online school until February, so I have still not completed these classes. I am dual enrolling at my local college for my senior year but there will be some overlap between completing my junior year online and the beginning of my senior year. How will this look to colleges? What is the best way to explain this? How much will this affect my ability to get into a decent school? I would like to attend a larger university but if it is out of state I will need some type of scholarship. I have a 1380 on the SAT and a 3.9 GPA. I have also passed 4 AP exams and taken rigorous classes. Hopefully someone has some advice or similar experience! Please help!

The first step is to identify your in state school(s), then branch out from there. Your community college academic advising system should be very familiar with your state system.

Depending on where your diploma is being issued (by your homeschool, the online school, or the community college), when exactly each course was finished may or may not be obvious on your transcripts and application. In any case, the important thing is that the classes were completed and that you got reasonable grades, not the exact dates or if some classes overlapped.
