I would like to major in computer science. Does age will be a factor for an undergrad admission (I will be 23.5 when I will apply)
I was 3 years in the army (19-22).

Explanations for my age:
I served as a team leader of a IT and QA team in the army , worked at a startup company, and now I am working at Comverse (until my admission)

Do you think my age will make me less "attractive?" ,the expirance ,that came with the age, in my desired major field will make me more "attractive", or it won't matter at all?

Your age and experience will almost definitely be a huge positive for your admission. Not to mention the GI Bill guaranteed tuition, if you’re eligible for it.

Your essay will be a unique opportunity for you to demonstrate what you’ve done with your time since high school, and how your service in the armed forces and experience in a real world company have shaped you. It’s a leg up over pretty much the rest of the high school applicant pool. I really can’t see how your situation would be a negative at most colleges.

I am an international (so no GI , maybe just IDF trauma:P)

My biggest concern was that I am old, while all the other applicant are 18 years old, I “spent” 4 years ,although I had a lot of experience, it is a lot of time which might look odd

It won’t look odd. And you will not be the only one. Just remember, though, that it is more difficult for international students generally to get into US colleges.
