Non-transferrable credits affecting GPA for UCSD

I've read multiple threads on the topic of non-transferrable courses & on all the threads I've read mixed responses so I opted to ask.

I'm a CCC student that wants to transfer to UCSD (specifically Marshall or Sixth) my GPA was okay (all A's & about 2 B's) but I received a C in my math class. However, my math class is NOT a UC transferrable course. Despite the fact that this course affects my overall accumulative GPA, will UCSD base their decision for admission on my overall GPA or just my transferable courses GPA.

Thanks in advanced.

Relevant section

“UCSD: Admissions decisions are based primarily on the overall GPA in UC-transferable courses.”

Off the bat, that “primarily” makes me think that those other courses do matter but not as much. But put in context with what the answers for other schools are, it seems that they make a distinction between overall GPA in transferable courses and GPA of major preparation courses so the “primarily” is used to distinguish between those two with no mention of non-transferable courses. That in addition with answers I just saw after a quick search on the forums, it looks like non-transferable courses don’t matter. I don’t know where you got “mixed responses”. Seems pretty clear to me.
