Hi there, my name is Ken, and I am currently enrolled in a community college. I have taken some non-transferrable UC coureses, but got a few C's. Does the credit earned count into the number of credit you need when you transfer to a UC school. And does the GPA get factored into my Cummulative GPA when I transfer to a UC school.

No, and no. UC only cares about transferable (IGETC) courses and grades do not transfer over your juco gpa; you start fresh with a UC gpa. For any grad school apps, you will report both gpa’s.

So medical school and pharmaceutical school would care for both your cummulative gpa with non-transferrable courses and then the only uc transferrable courses gpa.
