<p>Does IDOC email my noncustodial parent, or am I required to inform my noncustodial parent myself. I'm not really sure if any of my colleges require the noncustodial tax form, I know Villanova and Loyola doesn't. I'm not sure about the other colleges. If IDOC hasn't emailed my father, does that mean that he's not required to submit any forms?</p>
<p>Hi Lauren, I also had to fill out these forms- it was my understanding that the student/parent had to contact the non-custodial parent, per the CSS profile. The schools that my daughter applied to who wanted the form contacted us. Re-read the fafsa and css profile info-- i think that is where you will find the answer. Good Luck</p>
