noncustodial parent profile and timeline

I am supposed to create submit a noncustodial parent profile. I received the email, and clicked on the link. It directed me to college board. As I do not have an account, I am supposed to create an account, however, I was directed to create a “student account”, my questions are

a. Is there a “parent account” that I should create?

b. If I were to proceed to create the student account for myself, after I fill in the information, how can I link to my student?

c. If I were to submit the profile, will I be required to pay for the profile? If I were required to pay for the profile, does it mean that the student will have to pay $16 * 2 for 2 parents?

d. If the deadline to submit by November 15 (Wednesday), does it mean that it has to be completed by November 14 (Tuesday), or can the profile be submitted on November 15?

found the answers now.
created an account, using the same student information and they will be linked together.
The fee for custodian parent is a flat fee of $25.
From what I googled, the deadline is really tonight, but some past discussions indicated that it may be okay to submit tomorrow.

@annamom

If the deadline is tonight…get it done NOW.

Anything that happened in the past doesn’t matter one bit.

And adhering to deadlines could be the difference between getting need based institutional aid…and not getting it.

The Profile has been available since October 1.
