1st generation college student--actually, first gen high school grad in 3 generations

24 years old married with 1 child

I didn't apply anywhere at all in HS because I was scared to and had no idea what to expect, and then I got pregnant a few months after graduation...

However, I graduated four years ago, and I'm planning to transfer in as a junior, so I don't think my HS creds will count at all.

I've attended a local CC off and on for the past four years, finally set to earn my A.A. Spring 2015.
My GPA will only be about a 3.0 - 3.2.
I have no college EC because I work almost full-time as a receptionist/front desk at a YMCA and teach aerobics classes on top of being a mother and wife.

My intended major is Nutrition and Dietetics.

I also write well and have spoken at fundraising events, etc. and frequently praised for how articulate and moving my speeches are. Hopefully I'll be able to portray this in the admission essays.

Is there any chance I could get in? Is there anything I can do to increase my chances? I feel kind of silly for asking. Please be honest. Thank you!
