Nontraditional Classes in High School

<p>I live in NE and I’m still jealous of TJ! The Wikipedia page makes the school sound really cool, with all of the really unique resources.</p>

<p>My school offers an Adventure Education class where we do obstacle courses and things of that nature </p>

<p>Never took a nontraditional class because all I had were APs :frowning:
So yeah, a CAD class and an exploring technology (Basically work in different branches of STEM) class as a freshman, which unfortunately, might have been enough of a GPA burn from not taking a non-GPA’d class to keep me out of the top 10.</p>

<p>@tangentline: It’s a shame that your school discourages exploration in this way.</p>

<p>I take Big History in my school. Its a pilot course about the history of the universe which is an alternative to world history.</p>
