North Carolina Schools, PLEASE help?

Hi, i'm very interested in going to school in North Carolina next year (I'm out of state). My choices are (in order of preference) UNC Chapel Hill, Duke, and Wake Forest. Can anyone tell me my chances for these?

I'm ranked number 2 in my class (small-ish private school). I've taken pretty much the most challenging program offered at my school (all APs offered except one).
GPA: 4.07
SATs:
Math: 640
C.R.-750
Writing-710

SAT Subject Tests
Biology: 680
Literature: 710

Activities
I've played violin seriously for ten years, been in orchestra for eight, and participated in two week summer tours with the orchestra. I also play regularly in my church.
I'm a Varsity Cheerleader and have coached the Middle School team for the past two years.
I'm a member of NHS and participate in a peer-tutoring program.
I'm a National Merit Semi-Finalist.
I've participated in drama in school all four years and am part of the morning announcement club.
LOTS of community service (through Girl Scouts and church).
This summer, I had an internship on Capitol Hill in a representative's office.

Can anyone help me out and tell me my chances for these schools? Thanks SO much :)

You will be a competitive applicant for all three schools. Duke is a reach unless you bump the SAT up a little. UNC is extremely difficult out of state, making it also a reach. Wake Forest looks more attainable than the first two. Anything can happen though; I would say you have a chance, but not a sure-thing for any of them.

thanks so much for your input!
