<p>I applied to NC State college of sciences in September, so I made the deadline to be considered for merit based scholarships. I got accepted on December 15th, but there was no mention of merit based scholarships. I didn't qualify for the Park either. Does the university send out merit based scholarships at another time? Some more info- I'm out of state and I do not qualify for need based. </p>
<p>My ds was sent an invitation to apply for a merit based scholarship later after the acceptance date and the Park announcement. it wasn’t for much, though. I think the college’s scholarship was only for $5000. It was an essay application. I can’t remember when he received the app for it. </p>
<p>I didn’t get the park either, I’m waiting on the Dean’s scholarship announcement with no idea about when it is coming out. Also scholarships within the stat department i know that I was automatically considered for… I assume they will email and it will be on wolfpaw?</p>
Has anyone gotten information on merit based scholarships yet?
