<p>yea its a great college with lots of ties to jobs because its in the state capitol, but you may have a hard time getting in with just a 3.35, the average to get in is closer to 3.6 or 3.7, but its an excellent school with a fantastic engineering program. i know all this because i live in nc and have visited/ researched it and plan to apply</p>

<p>Average is a 3.57 I could get in if I apply early</p>
<p>You’re probably going to have trouble getting scholarships/aid as an OOS student, I live in NC and would personally avoid NC State.</p>
