Has anyone here lived in North Quad or has seen any of the rooms in North Quad? I will be on the top floor (10) next year. Are the ceilings tall? Are the rooms big? Is it social? Is it really worth paying extra room costs?

Thanks

You forgot to ask the most important question; Is it still underwater?

Paint… Paint smell in the basement study area. Couldnt stay for more than 5 mins.

Not very social at all, rooms are big, ceilings are normal size, what extra room costs?

Place is gorgeous, state of the art, lots happening there, great part of town.

It is a very nice dorm from what I have been told, but it is mostly for upperclassmen, so it won’t be very social.

Lived there 2 years ago. I thought it was great. Lots of study places within the building, everything is nice and new. The 10th floor will kind of suck because the elevator is kind of slow and if you’re trying to get to class when everyone else is as well, it’s literally going to stop at every floor on your way up or down. It’s not the most social dorm since it’s mostly singles and every 4 rooms share a bathroom but the people, at least when I was there, are nice. The rooms are pretty big and there’s a NQ kitchen on your floor. I don’t know what you’re looking for so it’s hard to judge whether it’s worth the extra cost.
