Northeast chance/help

Hello there,

I'm currently a senior at a public school near Albany NY. I'm trying to find colleges that would give me a good education in biology/pre-med for a good price. My parents make roughly $160,000 a year, but have no savings, as they own a small business and live paycheck to paycheck. I know we won't get much in way of financial aid, but I'm hoping for some sort of scholarship.

I am hoping for some help as to what schools I should look at, what schools would give me scholarships, and what schools I would have a chance at getting into (I know Ivies are a real reach, but are they possible?). Ideally, I’d like to only have to pay around $20,000 to $25,000 a year in loans or out of pocket (considering financial aid and scholarships into the sticker). Also, I'd like to stay within NY, PA, MA, NJ, VT, etc. Northeast.

Stats:

-Class rank: 3/425

-APs: Euro-4, US-5, taking AP Bio, AP Calc, AP Lang this year.

-College courses: HVCC Sociology, SUNY Intermediate Spanish I, this year taking St. Rose credit Spanish Conversations and Culture & HVCC Macroeconomics.

-GPA- 98+, 4.0/4.0 uw. Unsure about the weighted.

-SAT I – 2080/2400, 1390/1600. Will retake.

-SAT II – US: 750, took Math II (not a great score), Lit, and Math I.

-ACT – Comp: 32, Eng: 32, Math: 33, Read: 32, Science: 30, Writing: 10/12 (will retake)

Senior year courses:
Wind Ensemble (school’s highest band), AP Calculus, College Spanish Conversations & Culture, AP Language & Composition, Part in Government (.5), College Macroeconomics (.5), AP Biology.

ECs:
- Equestrian (horseback riding) – trained my own horse to win a grand national championship, 4 national championships, 1 reserve national championship, high point rider award, lifetime achievement award (all in 2010). This year looking to win at least 1 national title and 1 reserve national title.
- Skiing
- Key Club (community service)
- Service with my Church
- Secretary of National Honor Society
- run 2 websites for organizations
- peer mentor to freshman
- alto saxophone
- work for my parents in the summer

I know I’m nothing spectacular. I wish I could have taken more AP courses, but my school requires us to take a basic course before the AP course. So, essentially, I have to take Biology for a year before taking AP Biology, then Chemistry before AP Chemistry. So, it doesn’t leave much schedule room.

Thank you in advance to anyone who can give me some insight/help! Sorry this is so much info!
