I applied RD and received an email with the topic “Thank you for your Application!” This had my NU ID in it. Perhaps run a search for Northeastern emails in your inbox? :)

aww, i feel so wanted :)

I was accepted, offered a huge scholarship, and admitted to the Honors program… and I had forgotten that I had applied. I saw my friend’s acceptance on facebook and realized that decisions were out. I have to rethink my whole college search now

Oh, and accepted to Computer Science, but I want to do something that combines programming and 3D digital modeling.

Accepted, 13k Scholarship, Honors
ACT: 33
SAT: 2090
GPA: 91 UW
EC’s: Music Stuff
9 APs upon graduation

^really? I didn;t get nonors w/ a 2200 SAT… & 9 APs top 5

I was accepted!!!

I got a 15k scholarship freshman year and then 7500 each semester after. I didn’t see anything about the honors program in the letter, which puzzles me a little (I’ve gotten into honors programs elsewhere and didn’t think it’d be a problem at NEU) but regardless, I’m happy!

However I won’t be able to go…money is tight at my house and they’re giving ~30k for the year, which leaves my family with ~19k to pay. Northwestern and Tulane are leaving my family with 4k, our EFC. So that’s disappointing. I really really love Boston and I loved Northeastern and everything. But I’ll be sure to decline my spot pretty quickly and leave it open for someone else!

Um…stats.
GPA-3.97 UW, 4.2ish W
ACT-34
White female from the Midwest.

I applied for undeclared engineering.

To anyone who got into the honors program, did you find out online or did you have to wait for the actual letter to come in the mail? My online decision doesn’t say anything about it and I thought I would have no problem getting in either.
