Received the Dean’s Scholarship for 16k a year. Pretty cool stuff. Not sure I’ll be able to attend since the financial aid package wasn’t as large as I was hoping for, but we’ll see.

Accepted with a total of 41k in scholarship money and honor’s program!

And yes, I received notice of getting into the honor’s program online. Last page of my admission decision.

@trf1021: It should have been in your “Congratulations” page as one of the links on the bottom. It should also be attached to your acceptance letter online.

@superorange Haha, it’s been a while since I’ve checked my app status since i got into EA but I knew it was one or the other. Congrats on Honors then! ^^;

The website took forever to load for me! So nerve-racking.

GPA: Not sure. Weighted 4.19, unweighted probably ~3.8. No idea, though.

White female
CA

For those asking:
Scholarship would be a second downloadable form after your decisions letter.
Honors program is very obviously noted in the decisions letter (with a full page that just says congratulations).

I got accepted for Spring 2011…so confused. I’m probably going to call Admissions later about this. It kinda sucks because I was seriously taking NEU into consideration, but I don’t know anymore since I’ll have to wait to start. Anyone else get accepted for Spring semester?

Weighted GPA: probably around a 3.66
(not sure unweighted)
SAT: 1770
AP’s: Art History, Studio Art
Honors: English III, English IV and Forensics (also a college course for credit)
EC’s: Bowling team 4 years–3 years of varsity
Art Club for 1 year
Community service outside of school–all 4 years
Held a job since sophomore year, and currently work two jobs
Camp Counselor over the summer

My son also got accepted for Spring 2011. Please let us know what you hear when you call the school. I am curious why and if there will be student housing available then. Also, wonder how many freshmen normally start in the middle of the year?

I was also accepted for Spring 2011, and I’m so confused. I was accepted for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, and I have a friend who was accepted for Political Science Spring 2011. It really sucks because Northeastern is my #1. I’m pretty sure I’m still going though.

One of my friends was telling me that her sister got accepted for Spring when she applied (she graduated a few years ago), and she called Northeastern and talked to them and was able to get in for Fall. I’m probably going to try that, because I really don’t want to wait until Spring. I don’t know if it will work though.
