<p>You answered your own question. Only 10% with a gpa of 3.3 was admitted to NYU, therefore you can conclude that you do not stand a very strong chance. Of course, you have a chance to get accepted!</p>
<p>I would tell you to apply if you really want to be go there, but the odds are against you according to your own information. But realize that, while your gpa is not within the 50% range, you still may be accepted. You can look at it as the glass half-full instead of half-empty. According to this years stat (provided by you), 10% with the same gpa were accepted!</p>
<p>Being international might be an advantage.</p>
<p>Regarding your question of Northeastern or BU…I was not a fan of either campuses when I visited and I got completely different vibes from each of them. I know tons who absolutely loves BU, and many who adores NU. Being international, you may not be able to personally visit these campuses. But you’re question is too broad for me to really put my own input in it. What are you planning on study? What interests you?</p>
