Northeastern Pharmacy and Chances

<p>Hi everyone!
I applied RD to Northeastern's Pharmacy program and I was wondering what my chances are for being admitted. Also, any information on the pharmacy program, the program's environment, location, people, etc. would be greatly appreciated. Do you know anyone who is in it, are they happy, sad, miserable, etc? Thanks! </p>

<p>STATS (decent)
-Senior at top public nyc hs. school does not rank.
-3.5 UW GPA. 700M/660V/740W
(85 avg. freshman year to 92 junior year--tons of improvement)
-3 AP's this year. 1 honors last year.
-Currently taking org. chem, AP Stat., AP Calc. (courses required for pharm., does that help?) I also took 2 languages: greek and spanish last yr. and did very well, does this do anything for me?
-Took 1 semester of College Writing (after school) at local city college.</p>

<p>EXTRACURRICULAR (nothing amazing)
-Member of 3 clubs.
-Treasurer of non-profit org.
-Summer job (last summer) at summer day camp.
-Volunteered during school year at the day camp.</p>

<p>OTHER
-one great rec., other decent.
-decent essay about my struggles with an academic subject.
-Asian Female.</p>

<p>i think you have a pretty good chance of getting in. i'm in the program now (i'm a freshman), and i had similar stats too. im me or something for more info, because right now i don't have enough time to respond to your other questions.</p>

<p>My stats is not as great as most people here:</p>

<p>Sat1 1800 (640M, 570V 590)
Sat2 (600 Chem, 530 Math)
Sat2 retake Jan 28th (Math, Chem, Phy)
GPA 3.3
International - studied in Asia, Europe, Africa and the US. Currently finishing my 2nd semester of 12th grade in Japan. I did the 1st semester in a private school in the US.
Major: Engineering
APs (3 APs this year - Chem, US His, Phy)
No spectacular ECs</p>

<p>hmm..not too good. a spectaclular essay might change that though....</p>

<p>Our son was accepted as a freshman to the Fall 2006 PharmD program -
nothing spectacular - just a all-around activities.</p>
