So my daughter created her portal login weeks ago; and has been logging in periodically to check on things. Yesterday her login info stopped working (no one changed anything, it’s the same default saved password she used for every portal) but she gets an error saying info not found. And when she goes to “change password” the system cannot even find her from her email and birthdate! Kind of alarming. Obviously she will email admissions on Monday but just curious is anyone else has had this issue?
My child applied a week or so ago, never received an applicant portal. I have no idea why, and she has emailed. How l9ng did it take for the portal to be sent to your daughter?
