Northeastern SAT & ACT for Scholarship

<p>Hello, I'm confused about the current stats needed for the possibility of being awarded a scholarship or being accepted into the honors program. i believe the honors program takes about the top 10% of applicants, but is it the applicants to a certain college or to the university as a whole?</p>

<p>GPA: 3.88
SAT: 2110
ACT: 30</p>
