Northeastern/southern college chances?

I'm currently a rising senior, and I'm having a really tough time trying to figure out where I want to go to school and what not, so some stats about me:

GPA:95 weighted through sophomore year, I'm pretty sure that's risen to a 98 now

Rank:19 out of 465 (but that's though sophomore year also, so I think that's risen as well)

SAT:
2020 (1320)
Math: 660
Critical Reading: 700
Writing: 660
(I'm taking the ACT in September)

AP:
World History: 5
Language and Composition: 5
US History:4
(next year I'm taking Stat, Comp. Gov't and Politics, Environmental Science, and Literature)

Extracurriculars:
Peer Support
National Honor Society
Service Honor Society
Athletes Helping Athletes
Model U.N. (only one year but I want to join again this year)
Journalism (editorial position)
Delta G.E.M.S.
Varsity Cross Country, Winter Track, Spring Track (captain)
-volunteered last summer at a summer camp with children
-just got hired by a department store

I think that I want to stay on the eastern coast (I live in New York) or maybe go to the south. But I want to know if I have any chances with Ivies, or schools like BC, Northeastern, NYU, and if you have any other recommendations please let me know. Thanks so much!
(Oh also I'm black if that means anything?..)

Please? I need to start visiting schools soon and I have no idea where to go…
